It really hurts each time you have big expectations and then reality hits like a torpedo crushing all your dreams. This happens with small things like candy and big things like life.
So what to do? Just keep expectations low? I don’t think so, I think it is better to keep high expectations but with resilience to accept it each time it is not delivered. Yea it hurts sometimes, but so what.
